"Specializing in dimensional cut paper sculpture, I utilize the power of layering to expand the horizons of the typical X and Y format of imagery.

 

I am a single parent to the most beautiful son I never could have dreamed of, and we call Lawrence, KS our home. Since my professional start in the art and design industry over 10 years ago, I have taken on nationwide commissioned and contracted work. But, there will always be a special love for working on local projects and showcases within my community here in LFK.

I am a proud and loud advocate for Mental Health Awareness and Education, LGBTQ+ rights, Women's Rights and Social Justice Issues within my work and behind the scenes. To me, the best way to talk about something that holds great weight is by taking words out of the equation; Art is our universal language.

 

Having worked in the fine art, advertising, graphic design, children's book, illustration, 'for-print', and apparel industries... I hold great pride in my approach to any project. I take on commissions doing things that not only celebrate my strengths as an artist, but I strive to work on projects that align with the values I hope to impart on my son. "
